This policy applies to products purchased via authorized Shengmilo channels, offering protection against manufacturing defects. It is non-transferable, limited to the original purchaser and product. Free accessories are excluded from warranty coverage.

Proof of Purchase: Original receipt and purchase information verification required for claims.
- Not for sale to individuals under 18; minors must be accompanied by adults while riding.
- Stolen bikes are not covered; use high-quality locks for security.
Tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chains, spokes, kickstand lights, LCD displays, pedals, cranks, saddles, shifters (replaceable via shengmilo.store).
- Accidents, misuse (e.g., stunt riding, racing), improper storage/operation/maintenance/repair.
- Exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, or abnormal physical/electrical/mechanical stress.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) unless caused by Shengmilo.
- Tampered/removed/unidentifiable serial numbers/barcodes.
- Use of non-approved accessories/peripheral devices.
- External events (collisions, fires, floods, storms, lightning, theft, improper power use).
- Charging with incompatible/non-approved chargers.
- Improper charger use.
- Unauthorized modification/damage to the battery.
- Use in non-designated devices.
- Submit claims to info@shengmilo.store with:
- Valid proof of purchase.
- Photos/videos of the defect (mandatory for review).
- Claims must be filed within the warranty period; Shengmilo covers replacement parts (shipping costs borne by the customer).
- No parts will be replaced without prior review of evidence; installation costs not covered unless authorized by after-sales.
- No replacement/compensation for scratched or missing accessories.
- Report damage within 7 days of receipt via info@shengmilo.store (with photos/videos).
- Not covered: Minor packaging damage, product scratches/paint chips, bent flexible parts, wear of consumables after use.
- For malfunctions under normal use: Visit the support page on Shengmilo.store or contact info@shengmilo.store.
- Provide proof of purchase and defect photos/videos for technical assessment.
- Replacement parts (when approved) will be shipped with detailed installation instructions.
