Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Scope & Costs

  • Complimentary Shipping: Available to 26 EU mainland regions and 48 US continental regions.
  • Exclusions: Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, other US territories, and EU island regions.
  • Shipment Details: Shipping costs covered by Shengmilo; dispatched from Poland or the US. EU deliveries via FedEx/UPS.

2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Processing Time: In-stock orders ship within 2-3 business days (same-day possible), excluding weekends/holidays.
  • Notification: Shipping confirmation email sent post-dispatch.
  • Estimated Delivery: 4-7 business days (approximate only).

Delivery Times

1. Regional Estimates

  • EU: 4-7 business days
  • UK: 10-15 business days
  • USA: 3-7 business days
  • Southeast Asia: 15-20 business days

2. Key Notes

  • Arrival Time: Processing time + delivery time.
  • Delays: May occur during public holidays, large orders, new product launches, or restocks (beyond Shengmilo’s control).
  • Post-Delivery Liability: Shengmilo not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items after signature. Assists with courier claims (FedEx/UPS) but not liable for their actions.
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers may take a few days to activate; check later if unavailable.
  • Signature Required: All deliveries need a signature. Customers must monitor updates and coordinate with couriers. Shengmilo not responsible for undeliverable parcels.

Shipping Changes & Cancellations

1. Before Shipping

  • Cancellation: Contact info@shengmilo.store; confirmed only via customer service email.
  • Address/Order Modification: Free if requested same day of ordering (before shipment). Orders typically process/shipping next business day—changes may not be possible for fast-processing orders.

2. After Shipping

  • Cancellation: No modification allowed; refuse parcel to initiate return (180 EUR return shipping fee). Shengmilo provides return label for carrier pickup.
  • Address Change: Free if successful; if not, refusing parcel counts as refund request (180 EUR return fee).
  • Order Modification (E-Bikes Only): To switch models, contact support to reorder and return original product. Cancellations require email request; approval notification mandatory before returning (unsolicited parcels rejected—customer liable for costs/losses).
