Shipping Information
1. Delivery Scope and Costs: Shengmilo currently provides complimentary delivery services to 26 regions in the EU mainland and 48 regions in the continental United States. However, this service does not extend to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or EU island regions. The shipping costs are borne by Shengmilo, and orders are dispatched from either Poland or the United States. Deliveries to different regions within the EU are handled by FedEx or UPS.
2. Shipping Timeframe: Unless otherwise specified on the product page, in - stock orders are generally shipped within 2 - 3 business days (and may be shipped on the same day), excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. The estimated delivery time is 4 - 7 days. All delivery dates provided by Shengmilo are approximate.

2. Calculation and External Influences: The order arrival time is the sum of the order processing time and the delivery time. It should be noted that shipping times may be affected during public holidays due to limitations imposed by manufacturers and courier companies. As these factors are beyond Shengmilo's control, normal service will resume immediately after each holiday. Additionally, special circumstances such as large orders, new product releases, or replenishment days may lead to extended shipping times.
3. Liability after Delivery: Once the product is signed for, Shengmilo is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. In the event of loss, theft, or damage caused by the actions or inactions of FedEx or UPS, Shengmilo can assist in filing a claim with the relevant courier company, but it does not assume primary responsibility.
4. Tracking Number Activation: After shipping, it may take several days for the tracking number to become active in the courier company's system. If the tracking information is not available on the courier company's website, customers are advised to check again at a later time.
5. Delivery Requirements: All shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to stay updated on the latest information and to communicate with the shipping company regarding any changes in delivery dates. Shengmilo is not responsible for any undeliverable parcels.
Shipping Changes and Cancellations
1. Before Shipping:
- Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order by contactinginfo@shengmilo .store. The cancellation will only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid confirmation email from the customer support team.
- Address Change: A free address change is available if requested on the same day of ordering and before shipment.
- Order Modification: Free order modification is available if requested on the same day of ordering and before shipment. Shipping schedules are typically processed and shipped on the next business day after purchase. If the order is placed during business hours and the shipping processing is fast, changes may not be possible.
2. After Shipping:
- Order Cancellation: If an order has been shipped and cannot be modified, customers can refuse the parcel. However, a return shipping fee of 180 euros will be charged. Shengmilo will provide a return label for the designated carrier to collect the return parcel.
- Address Change: If the address can be successfully changed, there will be no charge. If the address change is unsuccessful, customers can refuse the parcel, which will be considered a refund request, and a return shipping fee of 180 euros will be charged.
- Order Modification: Order modification is only applicable to electric bicycles. If customers need to replace with a different model, they should contact customer service in advance, re - order the required model, and return the product from the original order. Customers are required to email Shengmilo's customer service team to cancel the order. Once the cancellation request is approved, Shengmilo will send a cancellation notification email. Customers should not send return parcels without receiving this notification, as Shengmilo will reject all untimely - arrived parcels, and the customer will be responsible for any related costs or losses.
